Frequently Asked Questions 
  • What are the differences in the box sizes?
    They are all dependant on sweet selections however a rough estimate is as below and there are pictures to reflect the sizes 
    Mini 300-350g, Medium 550-650g, Large 1.2kg-1.5kg


  • How long until i receive my order?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and then they are shipped using your chosen method of either standard (2-5 days) or Express Delivery (1-2 days)
    Please note we do not dispatch orders on a Sunday, any orders made on Sundays will be dispatched on Mondays
    Please note during busy periods i.e Christmas, Valentines, Easter & Halloween our order dispatch time frame can go up to 2 days so we always advise ordering early.


  • My order has't arrived when it was estimated to come
    Sometimes we experience delays from the shipping carriers, you will have received a tracking number inside your dispatch email. We advise you to check here first for updates, if your order seems to be lost in the post please contact us 14 days after receiving the dispatch email. You will be required to fill out Denial Receipt form, this allows us to either refund you after we have received compensation from the courier or to send you another parcel. 


  • I received a sweet choice less/a different sweet
    During busy periods a sweet may become out of stock before we have had chance to take it off the selection board, in this case we will either substitute for something similar or add extras of your already chosen sweets.

  • Can i track my order?
    Yes! You will receive a tracking email with all the information inside.


  • How long do my sweets last?
    If left sealed in the pouch/jar we recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks for optimum freshness. Once our boxes are opened please consume within 2 days. All our sweets have a shelf life date of +1 year.

  • Do you cater for events/large corporate gifting?
    Yes we do! Please get in touch via email thesweetlifeukinfo@gmail.com

  • How can i make sure i get a special occasion box? They always sell out!
    We are very busy during seasonal occasions and we always recommend PRE ORDERing your boxes, these usually launch 1 month before.
